Guest laundry, back before they check out.
Your guest hands a bag to reception; we collect, clean and return it to reception — same day or within 24 hours if needed. Your linen runs on the same contract. Pickup and delivery are included in Bucharest and Ilfov.

Two separate services
Most hotels need both. They work differently, so we run them differently.
Guest clothes
On request, through reception. Small volumes, unpredictable, often urgent — a guest who stays two nights needs the shirt back tomorrow morning, not in three days.
Hotel linen
Sheets, duvet covers, towels, staff uniforms. Predictable volume, fixed schedule, monthly contract — that part is described on our business page.
You can start with either one. Hotels usually start with guest laundry, because it costs them nothing to try — see the two models below.
How it works at reception
Four steps. Nobody on your team handles textiles.
The guest leaves the bag
At reception, with a short form: room number, items, standard or express.
Reception calls us
One number, one WhatsApp. No app to install, no account to manage.
We collect
Within the window agreed with you — usually one or two fixed runs a day, plus urgent pickups.
Back to reception
Cleaned, packed, labelled with the room number, with the receipt attached.
Turnaround
Standard is 24–48 hours, included. When a guest is leaving sooner, express delivers the same day or within 24 hours for a flat 20 RON per order — not per item.
Express covers clothing and bed linen. It does not cover carpets, footwear, leather or wedding dresses — controlled drying and hand work do not fit in 24 hours, and we would rather say so upfront than miss a checkout. Full express terms.
The exact daily windows are set when we sign — they depend on your check-out hour and how many runs make sense for your volume.
Two ways to work together
Pick the one that fits how you bill. Both can run at the same time.
A. On the room bill
You put the service on your own price list and charge it to the room. We invoice the hotel monthly, at contract rates; the difference stays with you. The guest sees only your brand.
B. Guest pays directly
The guest pays on delivery, at our public prices. Reception only passes the bag along. Zero financial exposure for the hotel, nothing to add to your accounting.
Contract rates depend on estimated monthly volume, so they are set after a short conversation — we do not publish a number we would have to renegotiate at the first invoice. Public prices are on the prices page.
What reception gets
Set up once, then it runs itself.
Price list, both languages
Printed for the desk and the rooms, in Romanian and English, so nobody has to explain prices over the counter.
QR card at the desk
The guest scans and fills in the order themselves, in their own language. Reception only confirms the bag.
A direct contact
A person who answers, not a call centre — including for the pickup you forgot to announce.
One invoice a month
Guest orders and hotel linen on the same document, itemised by room and by date.
Who this is for
The guests who actually use laundry are the ones staying more than one night for a reason: business travel, training courses, congresses and team-buildings, medical tourism, relocation stays. They arrive with a small suitcase and a schedule, and a stained shirt before a presentation is a real problem for them.
That makes the service a fit for business and boutique hotels, aparthotels, guesthouses, clinics with accommodation and corporate residences — anywhere the average stay is two nights or more. For a hotel where guests stay one night, guest laundry will stay rare; the linen contract is the part that pays off.
Delicate items and liability
Guest clothes are not hotel linen: they are someone's own suit, coat or dress, and sometimes we cannot guarantee the outcome — old stains, missing care labels, mixed fibres, leather. In those cases we say so before we take the item, not after.
Our limits are written down and public — the same ones that apply to every order: delicate items and liability. Worth reading before you put the service on your price list, so reception knows what to answer.
Talk to us about your hotel
Tell us the number of rooms, the average stay and your check-out hour — that is enough for us to propose runs and rates. No commitment, and the first month can run on model B, where the hotel risks nothing.

Frequently asked questions
Does reception have to do anything extra?
Take the bag and let us know. No sorting, no weighing, nothing to fill in on the guest's behalf — the guest completes the form, and with the QR card they do it from their own phone, in their own language.
Who pays, the hotel or the guest?
Your choice. Under model A you put the service on the room bill at your own price and we invoice the hotel monthly at contract rates. Under model B the guest pays on delivery at our public prices and the hotel carries no financial exposure.
How fast if the guest checks out tomorrow morning?
With express, the same day or within 24 hours, +20 RON per order. If that deadline is not realistic for what is in the bag — a leather coat, say — we tell you at pickup, not at delivery.
What happens if an item is damaged?
Our public policy on delicate items and liability applies, the same one for every customer. For items where we cannot guarantee the outcome we warn before pickup, and the decision stays with the guest.
Can we start with guest laundry only, without a linen contract?
Yes, and that is how most hotels start. Hotel linen has volume and a fixed schedule, so it needs its own conversation; guest laundry can start with a QR card at the desk and a phone number.
Is it a single accounting document?
Yes. Guest orders billed to rooms and your own linen appear on the same monthly invoice, itemised by room and date, so you can check it line by line.
